Dale Maloy	Dale is a licensed real estate broker and Vice President of Operations for Florida Lifestyles Realty. A native of Jacksonville and an avid real estate investor since the 1980's has enabled Dale to see market trends first hand where he aquired a wealth of knowledge in the N.E Florida real estate market. Having been a site agent specializing in new townhome condominiums, he was able to gain valuable insight into the new construction development industry. Dale is dedicated to his profession and any one who knows him well will say the same. He knows how to deliver good customer service , which he learned by owning and operating a seafood market and commercial fishing vessels out of Mayport and the beaches prior to his real estate career.
Danon Winter	Danon who serves as the company's Vice President of Acquisitions and Sales works closely with the President of FLR in research for developers and builders on new construction communities and is responsible for overseeing all on-site sales. Danon graduated with a Bachelor of Health Science from the University of North Florida, and his real estate career encompasses working with local homebuilders and his focus on the investment market has given him great insight into the real estate industry.
Clay Maloy	As a real estate sales executive, Clay has undertaken the responsibility of extending the family legacy at FLR. Clay earned a Bachelor's Degree of Marketing in the College of Business Administration at the University of Central Florida in Orlando. Jesse Shimp	Jesse comes to Floridian Lifestyles Realty with a background in sales and marketing. Prior to joining the Floridian team, Jesse worked on various real estate marketing projects on many levels at a full service advertising agency. Jesse holds a bachelors degree in marketing from the University of North Florida. Skip Krenek	Being an avid real estate investor, Skip made the transition to full time Realtor after working over 11 years in real estate mortgage origination systems and internal in accounting from the University of North Florida, and worked as a professional staff accountant for a local accounting firm. His experience as a financial analyst and programmer helps keep us on the cutting edge with the newest innovations in the real estate market.

Steve Collom	Steve is one of our site agents on Leslies Hideaway. Prior to joining Floridian Lifestyles Realty, Inc., Steve lived in Australia and grew up on the Sunshine Coast. There, he attended Jubilee International College and graduated with an advanced diploma in Social Sciences. After 24 years of living in the Outback, Steve moved to Jacksonville with high interests in the real estate market. When he is not out making sales, Steve enjoys surfing and traveling in his free time.
Jo Ann Bennett	Joe Ann joins the Floridian Lifestyles Realty, Inc. team with 15 years of real estate experience. She has lived in Amelia Island for over 18 years and is a former school teacher of 20 years. Joe Ann has served on three Condominium Boards and her extensive sales career has led her to be a member of the Million Dollar Club. Tini Perkins	Born and raised in Jakarta, Indonesia, Tini moved to the United States 10 years ago after meeting her husband, Chris Perkins, while studying abroad in Europe and has called Jacksonville her home ever since. Tini has an extensive history in the condominium sales market. While she has experience in several cities throughout Florida, Jacksonville has been her home and main focus for the past three years. Tini's language skills include fluency in Chinese, Indonesian and English, which cater to the national and international clientele investing in the Jacksonville area. Paula Killebrew	Paula brings her condominium expertise to Floridian Lifestyles Realty, Inc. after working over eight years in the industry selling condominium conversions and new construction ranging from garden style to a luxury high rise. Paula is now selling at the Berkman Plaza 2, and when not selling she spends all her quality time with her adorable children Connor and Sophie. Her detail to customer service ranks her high on the Floridian Lifestyles Realty team.
Nikki Bronner	Nikki was born in Jacksonville and graduated in Orlando, FL. She has over seven years of experience in real estate, as well as, working in the title and the mortgage industries. Prior to joining Floridian Lifestyles Realty,Inc. Nikki worked as an on-site real estate agent for KB Homes since 2005. She is currently working as an on-site agent at Leslies Hideaway on the Northside. Nikki brings a wealth of experience to the Floridian Lifestyles Team. Nikkis family are actively involved with the historic Bethel Baptist Institutional Church in downtown Jacksonville.
